  • WHITE TEA  -  SHOU MEI (China)
    White teas are the least processed tealeaves. Leaves are picked and lightly withered then air-dried. Because there is little manipulation, the finished leaf retains its full leaf form. It’s usually picked when the plant has acquired long unopened blossoms that are covered with white hairs from which its name is derived.
    A bold green leaf producing a pale golden cup, light and sweet, with flowery undertones and a hint of almond in the finish.
  • GREEN TEA  -  JASMINE SCENTED (China) - Organically grown
    Flavored teas are teas that have a flavoring, usually oil, added to the tealeaf. Scented teas, like our Jasmine Green, are teas that have been exposed to an aromatic, assuming that aroma and flavor. Nothing is added to a scented tea.
    This long curling green aromatic Oolong leaf produces a delicately balanced full-bodied light amber cup of mild oolong and soft gentle Jasmine.
  • OOLONG TEA  -  SECHUNG DARK (China)
    Like green teas, the leaf is withered after plucking then basket tossed to bruise or break the leaves. This starts the oxidation process that will yield the oolong flavor profile. When partial oxidation is complete (15% - 75%), the leaf is pan-fried to arrest the process. This process was developed in the 17th century specifically to create a hardier tea that would survive the arduous trek from China to Europe.
    Large brassy green curled leaf producing a dark copper cup, definite grassiness from the start with a strong sweet and pungent peachy finish. This is a perfect midday tea that works well with light meals and snack of cheese and fruit.
  • EARL GREY FANCY (China)
    This tightly twisted whole black leaf is intensely aromatic and infuses a delicately balanced and smooth dark red citrus flavored cup.
  • BLACK TEA  -  CEYLON (Sri Lanka) - Organically Grown OP
    Because black teas are manipulated so much, a system has been developed to describe the finished product in terms of leaf size and the presence of camellia blossom buds. Black teas are fully oxidized, traditionally called fully fermented, they have the highest level of caffeine for a tea.

  • BLACK TEA  -  BURNSIDE ESTATE (India) - BOP - DECAF
    Large broken copper colored leaf with a fresh grassy odor with hints of pecan yielding a rich malty amber cup.

    A favorite American flavored tea, ours is sweet and fruity without the tangy aftertaste using a beautiful whole leaf black tea.
  • ROOIBOS - BLACK TEA - RASPBERRY (India) - DECAF
    A beautiful marriage of black tea and rich raspberry flavors, this tea is a must for cold winter days and iced during long hot summers.
  • ROOIBOS - RED BUSH TEA  -  GINGER PEACH - DECAF
    Also called red bush tea or red tea, this caffeine free fermented South African shrub is the biggest thing to hit the states since the first Dutch merchant arrived from China. Rooibos tisanes are rich sweet and loaded with health benefits from the same healthy components found in traditional teas.
